PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:It is a light-yellow or yellowish brown transparent and volatile liquid with a slight aromatic odour,b.p.74 ^oC(1mmHg),d420 1.42.The solubility in water is 1%, it is soluble in most organic solvents; easily hydrolyzes in alkaline solutions; corrosive to iron or soft steel.
TOXICITY: Acute oral LD ₅₀ to rats is 56-108mg/kg, acute dermal LD ₅₀ to rats is 75-210 mg/kg.

USES:Dichlorvos is strong poisonous to pests with stomach poisoning, contact poisoning and fumigation action.It is mainly used on cotton, fruit trees, vegetable, sugarcane, tobacco, tea, mulberry for controlling pests, it can also be used for public health and grain storage pests controlling.
PRECAUTION:
1.To avoid phytotoxicity,don't use dichlorvos on Chinese rose and sorghum.it is also sensitive to the emergence of corn and melon. The dilution times should be more than 800, it is better to have a test before using.
2.The dilution of technical grade diluted with diesel should be used up in one day.
3.It can't be mixed with alkaline solution.
